As a trainee, you will be a full-time employee at Zeppelin for 18 months, working across various departments and business units. At least two different business units, an assignment to Zeppelin Holding and an international assignment are included in the program. By working in the various business units and specialist and non-specialist departments, you can gain a wide range of experience and get to know the company from many different perspectives.
At Zeppelin, you will take on challenging tasks from an early stage, and grow with your responsibilities. In this process, a mentor will guide you on your way through the Zeppelin world and support, encourage, and strengthen your personal and professional development.
In addition, we offer you a multifaceted framework program with various training courses (such as agile project management, intercultural training, resilience) that will support you in your professional and personal development.
