Turbocharger Service

Do you have a Cat or MaK engine? If so, we can take care of your turbochargers (Cat, Napier, KBB and KKK).

Zeppelin Power Systems’ turbocharger workshop provides all customers with a comprehensive repair and retrofitting service for all turbochargers found in Cat and MaK engines. From our Hamburg and Achim (Bremen) sites, we offer the following services worldwide:

We know that downtime is not an option. That’s why we have invested in a certified turbocharger workshop at our Hamburg (Germany) site, fitted out with all the latest tools to cover any job. Whatever your needs, our range of service and overhaul options is bound to meet them. We specialize in turbocharger overhauls for Cat and MaK engines and deploy trained turbocharger specialists.

An exchange service you can count on

We have a wide range of exchange cartridges in all standard specifications, in stock and ready to ship. Cartridges can be delivered ready to fit as required. Of course, this includes all parts required for assembly. Cartridges are usually exchanged and returned to you in one business day.

Exchange cartridges for Napier, Cat, KBB (Bannewitz) and KKK:

  • Napier NA295, NA297, NA355, NA357, NA457, NT1-10A, NT1-12A, NT1-14A
  • KBB HPR4000, HPR5000, HPR6000; ST3–ST7
