Waiting for normality

Iran is a country that gets through a lot of bread – particularly lavash, a kind of flatbread that is traditionally eaten with every meal. A number of suitable production lines have been delivered to the country in the past, by both Dutch and German mechanical engineering companies. Indeed even today, trade fair visitors focus largely on lavash production lines, though they are also interested in European-style bread and toasting bread.
