DymoMix®: Gentle raw material hydration for perfect dough

Dough production at its best

Extremely fast. Dust-free. Homogeneous consistency. Low power consumption. The new DymoMix® brings all of these benefits to your dough preparation. The mixer evenly wets all free-falling dry ingredients with water or a yeast solution, for example. The immediate biochemical reaction that ensues means it takes just seconds to produce a homogeneous dough that can be used immediately or subsequently routed to the batch kneading system or continuous kneader – eliminating one mixing or kneading process so you can process considerably more dough than previously.
