Zeppelin GmbH is committed to an energy policy that is beneficial to the climate, the environment and health. As part of our energy management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 50001, which is reviewed by the certification company GUTcert on an annual basis, we consistently work to improve our energy performance, identify potential energy savings, and use highly efficient technologies. In this way, we make an active contribution to environmental protection and protecting our planet’s natural resources.

Zeppelin Systems GmbH is a partner of the Blue Competence sustainability initiative. Blue Competence is a VDMA initiative designed to promote sustainability in mechanical and plant engineering, but also to introduce sustainable solutions to the industry. This partnership commits us to following the twelve principles of sustainable mechanical and plant engineering.

Zeppelin Systems GmbH has received a silver rating from EcoVadis. This outstanding result means that Zeppelin Systems  is rated among the top 15% of companies assessed by EcoVadis. EcoVadis has established the goal of promoting company environmental and social practices by means of CSR performance monitoring within sustainable procurement, as well as of helping companies to improve their sustainability.
