We take on installation and commissioning of systems worldwide. We also train our customers’ employees, from comprehensive training on process flows and proper maintenance, to safe operation of control systems;we can even assist customers in developing safety standards. And of course we do perform maintenance work, inspections and repairs, and offer a spare parts delivery service.

An in-depth understanding of processes and technical requirements: That’s how we offer maximum added value when it comes to after-sales service, and by helping our customers to effectively achieve their goals.

Only original spare parts are used in our servicing,as this is the only way we can meet our own quality standards, as well as those of our customers. Wherever our customer is – Saudi Arabia, India, Singapore, or elsewhere – our service is available worldwide at all times, and is always provided in the context of appropriate intercultural awareness.

Refurbishing is a major element of optimizing systems. The modification of systems to meet current and future needs, coupled with increased efficiency and productivity and reduced running costs, are the requirements of a profitable refurbishment concept.

Remote Service is recommended to establish maximum system availability. It covers performance parameters such as comprehensive remote diagnostics, reactive troubleshooting via  VPN, and web and software updates. Professionally delivered remote service is often more cost-effective and quicker than on-site service.
