DymoMix: Premixer for batch and continuously produced doughs for the bakery industry

The DymoMix works as a pre-mixer, in the kneading process of different baked goods. The powdered components are hydrated with liquids and a homogeneous mixture is created. Hydration is achieved by a newly developed nozzle built into the rotating shaft of the unit. The application covers a wide range - from solid doughs, through doughs for rolls to almost liquid sourdoughs. These doughs are transferred to batch or continuous kneading systems.
