As a trainee, you will be a full-time employee at Zeppelin for 18 months, working across various departments, business units, the Group as well an international assignment. By working in the various business units and specialist and non-specialist departments, you can gain a wide range of experience and get to know the company from many different perspectives.

At Zeppelin, you will take on challenging tasks from an early stage, and grow with your responsibilities. In this process, a mentor will guide you on your way through the Zeppelin world and support, encourage, and strengthen your personal and professional development.

• At the Welcome Day, we welcome our new trainees and give them the opportunity to get to know each other
• Individually configurable two to three-month assignments in various business units, including a stay abroad at a Zeppelin branch
