   Your application impressed us? Then we will invite you to an initial interview. Open, relaxed, and at eye level.

   Depending on the profession, you can expect a second interview, a short test, or a short internship. This will help us determine whether our apprenticeship program is the right fit for you.
   
4. Get ready for your start.
   If we decide to hire you, you will receive all the information and documents you need to start your career. And then you are ready to go: an apprenticeship that takes you to the next level.
