Matthias Benz reappointed as CEO of the Zeppelin Group

The Supervisory Board of Zeppelin GmbH, the holding company of the Zeppelin Group, has unanimously reappointed Matthias Benz as Chairman of the Group Management Board (CEO). Effective July 1, 2027, he will continue to lead the company for an additional five-year term through June 30, 2032.

Under his leadership, key initiatives have been advanced to sharpen the Group's focus, strengthen its competitiveness and further enhance the foundation for sustainable growth.”

With this reappointment, the Supervisory Board reaffirms its confidence in the course set by Matthias Benz. During his tenure to date, the Zeppelin Group has further strengthened its international market position, expanded into new business areas and continued to evolve its existing business models. In addition, the company has launched a Group-wide transformation program focused on unlocking existing potential, increasing efficiency and driving profitable growth. These efforts are laying the groundwork for Zeppelin to further strengthen its position as a trusted international solutions provider and an employer of choice.

Matthias Benz will remain CEO of the Zeppelin Group through 2032. The company’s Supervisory Board unanimously approved his reappointment.
