Zeppelin Rental integrates cpc baulogistik GmbH

Effective September 1, 2026, Zeppelin Rental successfully completed the integration and associated merger of cpc baulogistik GmbH into Zeppelin Rental GmbH. The company was acquired by the Zeppelin Group earlier this year as part of the acquisition of 100 percent of the shares in Constellation Baulogistik GmbH. GreenLean Baulogistik GmbH, which also became part of Zeppelin Rental through this transaction, will continue to operate as an independent company within the Zeppelin Group’s Strategic Business Unit Rental.

“With the integration of cpc baulogistik into Zeppelin Rental GmbH, we are combining our expertise and creating the organizational structures within our Logistics Consulting & Management division for significantly faster and more efficient collaboration, as well as a coordinated market approach in construction logistics,” said Christoph Afheldt, Member of the Management Board of Zeppelin Rental. “We are very pleased to have reached this important milestone.”

The existing cpc baulogistik locations in Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, and Hanover will continue to complement Zeppelin Rental’s branch network for the time being. Approximately 80 employees will join the rental and construction logistics service provider as part of the integration. “We are convinced that, as a strong and unified organization under the well-established Zeppelin Rental brand, we will further strengthen our market position and successfully shape the future of construction logistics together,” said Angelo Butera, Head of Logistics Consulting & Management (LC&M) at Zeppelin Rental. “Construction logistics remains a growth market within the construction industry. Through this merger, we are gaining experienced colleagues with extensive expertise and know-how.”

GreenLean Baulogistik GmbH will continue to operate as a subsidiary of Zeppelin Rental under its established brand and will remain responsible for all planning activities in the field of construction logistics. Roy Janusziak will continue in his role as Managing Director.
