Zeppelin Group acquires CP ApS in Denmark

The Zeppelin Group is buying CP ApS, one of the leading rental companies in Denmark. With this acquisition, Zeppelin is further expanding its international activities and strengthening its rental business. Following approval of the transaction by the relevant antitrust authority, closing is expected at the end of May or beginning of June.

The Zeppelin Group finished a successful 2022 financial year, with sales of EUR 3.8 billion, an EBITDA of EUR 437 million and earnings before taxes of EUR 135 million, though the Russian war of aggression against Ukraine had a negative impact on the result. The Zeppelin Group is also anticipating war-related stresses in 2023.

Zeppelin Group appoints new member of the Group Management Board

Fred Cordes is appointed Managing Director of the Zeppelin GmbH Group, effective January 1, 2023. He succeeds Michael Heidemann, Vice Chairman of the Management Board of the Zeppelin Group, who will be entering his well-deserved retirement on June 30, 2023 after more than 30 years of service at Zeppelin.
